PARKING INSTRUCTIONS

For those registered for the July 28-30, 2023 Weekend, CLICK HERE for instructions to purchase a parking pass for the weekend.  Purchase a pass for Lot 60.  This includes those with a disabled placard.  Those with a placard will be directed to a closer lot, but the pass purchased for Lot 60 will still work.

RESERVATIONS:

Space is limited. Rooms are assigned on a “First Come, First Served” basis. 


COST:

$335 per person for a SINGLE ROOM and $235 per person for a DOUBLE ROOM. This includes registration fee, 2 nights lodging and 6 meals.  If you choose the online registration and payment option, you will be charged an additional $5 convenience fee.  This additional charge covers the fees that PayPal charges us to process your payment.

Please note that parking is not included in your registration fee – see below.  

Confirmations will be sent by US mailed in mid-July

(No Partial Payments Will Be Accepted)
There are NO Refunds.

YOU MAY FIND SOMEONE TO ATTEND IN YOUR PLACE.

PARKING:

UC Santa Barbara charges $8 per car per night and this fee must be paid ahead of time on their website.  We will provide that link well in advance of the weekend. (see above)
